This process will find your details in the HR system (MyWorkplace) and use these along with others you provide to create your SGUL computing account.
You will need to provide a personal (non-SGUL) email address, in order for us to notify you when the account has been set up.
This personal email address will also be kept in order to facilitate resetting the password of your SGUL computing account when needed.
All other data stored in the process, will be deleted after creation of your account.
